Meet David Shaw
David Shaw began in the diamond and jewelry business in 2003, co-owning & operating Diamonds by Drake, a Retail jewelry store-front in Plano, TX. A graduate of Baylor University, David has accumulated over 20 years of experience and specializes in diamond engagement rings & custom jewelry design.
Shaw Diamonds & Design was created to provide the very highest of service, while at the same time creating the perfect jewelry piece which meets each customer’s unique taste. David Shaw is a private jeweler, acquiring most all his clients by the referrals from his current customers. Having an intimate understanding of the best and most cost effective way to manufacture your piece, he is able to design and make anything from the most complex antique reproductions to simple modern jewelry pieces in both platinum and gold.
Meet Jennifer Burge
Jennifer Burge brings over 14 years of experience in luxury retail and operations management to her role as a Private Jeweler at Shaw Diamonds and Design. Prior to joining Shaw, she spent nine years at Neiman Marcus, specializing in client relations and high-touch service, followed by five years at Cooper Fitness Center supporting business operations across sales, marketing, and accounting.
A graduate of Texas Christian University, Jennifer is known for creating a seamless and elevated experience for every client she serves. With a strong technical mindset and a focus on innovation, she ensures each step of the process is handled with precision and care.
Jennifer is deeply inspired by the personal stories behind each piece and values the lasting relationships built along the way. Outside of her work, she enjoys expressing her creativity as an actress, singer, and voiceover artist.
