All orders are shipped insured within 5 business days (unless otherwise noted).
Important: We are not responsible for stolen packages, which, unfortunately, have become more common in recent years. If package theft is an issue in your area, please let us know when placing your order or email us at ds@shawdiamondsanddesign.com. We’ll gladly add ‘Signature Required’ to your shipment for extra peace of mind.
Important: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to reship. Alternatively, we can refund you for the items once they are safely back in our hands, minus the original shipping charges.
